Baggage Repair

For instances of cosmetic and minor damage, we can arrange quick and high-quality repair solutions for luggage nationally across the United Kingdom.

Baggage Replacement

Eagle Bags can arrange same day despatch of any make or model of luggage that we currently hold in stock or arrange the purchase and distribution of many bespoke or premium brands in line with the passenger’s requirements. Our fully automated process will ensure the passenger is communicated with through every step of the process.

Claims Processing

At Eagle Bags, we understand that not all Airlines have the resources on-site to process passenger claims. We offer a standardised, online claim form for passengers to self-report their damaged luggage to request a repair or replacement. Bespoke authorisation processes can be adopted to suit each Airline’s requirements, always giving the passenger full visibility on their claim.

Unclaimed Luggage Store

Storage and distribution of on-hand luggage and cargo can be costly and take up a lot of room, Eagle Bags have the solution. We store any OHD items for ninety days across our various UK locations and use any information available on the bag or WorldTracer to reunite the passengers with their luggage. Should we be unable to locate the passenger within ninety days, we can arrange disposal of the items or return them back to the Airline.
