Make a Claim
If you have experienced lost, damaged or delayed luggage whilst travelling with your Airline, please complete the below form and provide us with the details of your claim. Once submitted, Eagle Bags will start working alongside your Airline on your claim. Usually, you will hear from us within 24 hours of submission.
In cases of damaged suitcases, you will likely receive a repair or replacement order, so we may contact you to arrange delivery of a new suitcase, or to arrange collection from your home address to allow your suitcase to be repaired. If you handed your suitcases over to the Airline directly within the Airport terminal, they will have raised an order on your behalf.
