Eagle Bags was launched in 2022 with the goal to provide premium service recovery to Airline and Ground Handling Agent customers when dealing with damaged passenger luggage across UK Airports. We operate across seven key bases in the UK: located at Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Manchester, Newcastle, Heathrow, and Gatwick Airports.
We handle claims relating to delayed and damaged luggage as well as lost suitcases and contents.
We provide a wide range of luggage brands for replacement as well as a national repair solution. We sell direct to consumer as well as business to business across the Aviation Sector working with some of the industry leading brands such as Skyflite, Samsonite, Rock and American Tourister to name a few.
As well as repair and replacement, we also provide unclaimed luggage storage and disposal to airline and ground handling customers.

Our claims process
We have developed a simple online portal for collecting passenger data to allow quick processing of claims for damaged, lost and delayed luggage. You can complete your online application by selecting ‘Make a Claim’ and submit your data to us.
You will hear from us within 24 hours to confirm your claim has been received and is under process.
Please note we can only handle your claim in line with your Airlines Conditions of Carriage. We recommend that you read these conditions before submitting your claim.
